​​​​​​​Jeffrey Kirschner grew up in the professional beauty industry, so he’s got an innate sense of style — and business. A recent graduate of the Paul Mitchell Academy of Cosmetology, Jeffrey joined The Kirschner Group, Inc. in 2012. Prior to that, he used his style sense as a designer in the fashion industry. Jeffrey’s current portfolio brings an interest in strong customer relationships — with unmatched customer knowledge and a continuous focus on customer service — to southern California, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico and El Paso.

​​​​​​​Kathy McCall has been in the professional beauty industry for over 30 years. As a manufacturers’ representative for over 25 years, she has specialized in serving the southern California market. Kathy serves a diverse account base, partnering with full-service to nail service to over-the-counter accounts, and making it her business to become an expert for all of them. She is very involved in product education for key brands, as well trade shows and in-store education and sales meetings. Kathy has received numerous awards during her sales career.

​​​​​​​Kevin Osterloh is proud to have been with Harlan Kirschner since 1985, during the company’s formative years. Prior to joining TKG, Kevin was a manufacturers’ rep in the beauty industry, beginning in 1980. Kevin currently services key accounts in the United States and, as the Western Regional Manager, leads seven sales executives in the west. Kevin’s sales leadership has earned him several awards: he was named Sales Representative of the Year for The Kirschner Group, Inc. in 2009 and Sales Representative of the Year in 2013 for Oster.

Jamie Bankus is a licensed cosmetologist with 17 years of experience in the beauty industry and over 20 years in hospitality and customer service. She spent several years behind the chair in a boutique salon located in the historic Hotel Laguna.
She also spent two years behind the chair at an upscale men's salon, where she developed advanced barbering techniques and men's grooming expertise.
Her professional experience includes working with several industry-leading brands.  She regularly attends annual hair shows and continuing education classes to stay current on the latest products, trends, and techniques within the beauty industry.
She is known for her ability to connect naturally with people and truly listen to clients' needs. Her passion for the beauty industry, combined with her diverse sales and service background, making her a trusted resource and strong addition to the Team.
