Key Accounts Charlie Richard rose through the ranks at Clairol, from hair color technician to sales manager. He attended Bridgeport University in the evenings and graduated cum laude with a degree in Business and Marketing. Charlie managed manufacturers’ reps at Clairol, eventually joining The Wild Company to manage European Secrets and later, become a manufacturers’ rep there. He also earned his Certified Professional Manufacturers’ Representative (CPMR) at Indiana University. Charlie co-managed The Wild Company for 15 years before it merged with TKG in 2005.

Mike Cevetillo, CPMR, has been working with TKG since 1996. He completed a post-graduate program at Arizona State University earning the title Certified Professional Manufacturers' Representative (CPMR). Mike has worked in all aspects of the industry. His understanding of the salon business and attention to detail benefit his partnerships, including those with over-the-counter markets, small and large full-service distributors, key accounts, redistributors and wholesalers. He also holds many special events on behalf of his distributor partners.
Robin Kettering

Robin Kettering arrived at TKG already having several careers in the professional beauty industry: from nail technician, to salon owner, to educator. During her 15-year career as an educator with one of the industry leaders, she earned the prestigious Educator of the Year award in 2000. As a former salon owner, Robin especially enjoys the business development aspect of her role at The Kirschner Group, Inc. working with both distributors and manufacturer partners planning and developing sales strategies and building strong partnerships.

Stuart is an industry veteran having started his career as a DSC for an independent distributor, owned his own full-service distribution house and has spent the last 21 years at Farouk Systems, one of the fastest growing and largest companies in the Beauty Industry, where he served his final years as President.
Merrie Tryon

Merrie Tryon has a long history in the beauty industry. She is customer focused and has a knack for identifying business growth opportunities for her customers. She Is also a licensed cosmetologist. Merrie has been a part of the Kirschner Group, Inc. Store Support Team since 2009 where she was responsible for driving brand awareness into the stores and working closely with Retail Sales Personnel , Managers and District Managers.
