​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Stephen Hass started working after school in the warehouse of the family beauty supply business. He turned to the music industry during high school and college and the film and television industry after college, becoming an on-air director and news photographer at local TV stations. In the 70s, Stephen returned to the beauty industry as a manufacturers’ rep. He opened his own company in the 80s, The Steve Hass Rep Group, which merged with Brett Ury as Hass-Ury and Associates (H2U) in the 90s, until it was acquired by TKG in 2003.

Alabama, Florida Pan Handle, Mississippi, Tennessee

​​​​​​​Rhonda Downs brings to the Kirschner Group, Inc. over 15 years beauty industry experience. Rhonda currently handles all telemarketing responsibilities nationwide. She also is a sales rep focusing on OTC,FSV and Nail Distributors in the Florida Panhandle, AL, TN and MS. Her customers rave over her exceptional relationship building and customer service skills.

​​​​​​​Gail Hanrahan has been in the professional beauty industry for 26 years. Her account base is varied, with classes of trade including full-service distributors, redistributors and over-the-counter beauty and nail supplies. Gail utilizes her entire knowledge, experience and skills (from the manufacturer, manufacturers’ rep and distributor levels) to partner with and ensure that her customers are successful and planning for a promising future. Over her career, Gail has won many awards for both business development and sales volume.

Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Mississippi

​​​​​​​Sherrie Bettis has been in the professional beauty industry for over 20 years. She started out in the salon as an assistant and salon manager. Later, while pursuing her degree in Marketing Management she was hired as a distributor salon consultant. She then went on years later to work as a brand educator and most recently as the National Sales Manager with Glop and Glam Hair Products. Sherrie enjoys building customer relationships by providing strong customer service, education, and sales strategies.

West Coast Florida

​​​​​​​Merrie Tryon has a long history in the beauty industry. She is customer focused and has a knack for identifying business growth opportunities for her customers. She Is also a licensed cosmetologist. Merrie has been a part of the Kirschner Group, Inc. Store Support Team since 2009 where she was responsible for driving brand awareness into the stores and working closely with Retail Sales Personnel , Managers and District Managers.

North and South Carolina, Key Accounts

​​​​​​​Todd Smith has a lengthy and diverse background in the beauty industry. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Todd started out as a distributor salon consultant, working directly with salons. He worked his way up and eventually became the owner of his own distributorship. Later, after selling the distributorship, he moved into a manufacturers’ representative role. Since then, Todd has received several Rep of the Year awards from manufacturers and distributors. He currently covers the Carolinas, as well as Key Accounts.

Florida, Puerto Rico, Caribbean

​​​​​​​Brett Ury has spent over 30 years in the professional beauty industry, starting out with his father in 1986. He graduated with a degree from Mt. Ida College in Boston, Massachusetts as well as a bachelor’s degree from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida. Brett owned and operated manufacturers’ representatives Martin Ury Associates before merging with Harrell, Nathen, Hass to become Hass-Ury Associates (also known as H2U). He was a partner in Hass-Ury Associates until it was acquired by TKG in 2002.
