​​​​​​​Paolo Rezzara started the international division of The Kirschner Group, Inc. in 2005. Since then, TKG has been connecting some of the best American beauty lines with the best distributors all over the world, building many new successful business relationships. To guarantee the best customer service and market penetration, Paolo manages a team of 25 highly skilled, global business experts strategically living in different parts of the world, paired with three office assistants from the California and Italy office. Additionally to the international role, today Paolo cooperates with all company’s divisions to ensure global growth and innovation.

Team Leader - Italy, Portugal, Spain, Russia

​​​​​​​Andrea Rosa covers the Southern Europe region. Andrea brings with him 15 years experience as sales manager and customer care manager in ICT business. He joined the beauty industry in 2010 as a Global Export Manager, and Sales manager for private label professional lines in over 65 Countries across the entire world. With a full knowledge of the manufacturing process Andrea is a huge asset to The Kirschner Group, Inc.

Agent - Scandinavia, Finland, Iceland, Austria, Germany, Baltics

Tobias covers Scandinavia, Finland, Iceland, and the Baltic States. Tobias first learned the ropes of the hair business in his father's salon as a teenager. He later started his career as a Sales Rep for Paul Mitchell, then KAO, and worked his way up to Nordic Sales Director for Headbrands and Blue I Sverige AB.

Agent – Central Africa, Benelux, France, Switzerland

The Kirschner Group, Inc. welcomes Enrico Dellara as a sales representative for France. Originally from Italy, Enrico has pursued a successful career in tourism, training and the beauty industry. He has been living in France for the past 20 years and fluently speaks 4 languages

Agent - United Kingdom, Ireland, Malta, South Africa

Enrico, who lives in London UK, is an accomplished cosmetics international sales expert with over two decades of experience in the industry, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth, establishing global market presence and fostering client relationships.

Agent - Eastern Europe

​​​​​​​Diyala Bosnjak Sebenik is Sales Manager for Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Albania. She comes to The Kirschner Group, Inc. as an experienced International sales professional with experience in Beauty and Fashion industries.

​​​​​​​Mina is an international sales manager, adept at building a customer base to increase revenue and consistently exceeding sales targets. She is excellent in her ability to build strong long-term relationships and exceed customer satisfaction.

Agent - Middle East, North Africa, Indian Subcontinent

​​​​​​​Jad, who lives in Dubai UAE, brings to his role more than 15 years of experience in cosmetics as a brand/category director, having worked with several cosmetics’ multinational brands and local distribution giants. Jad is a veteran in the cosmetics industry, thanks to his 360º approach towards operational development needs, ranging from constructing quick fixes, to resolving internal and external challenges, to meeting diverse targets and achieving long term goals for different organizations.

Agent - Israel

​​​​​​​Roi has been representing companies in the beauty industry for the past 20 years, in account management and sales, as well as worldwide logistics coordination.

International Division Coordinator

​​​​​​​Isabelle Goessens during her 10 year employment at Hermès Paris, Isabelle has developed a solid experience in International Sales, Production and Project Management. This insight and her international background has allowed her to fulfill the requirements of TKG Customer Service and global distribution. She enjoys the diversity of her position and the support she can bring to the International team.

European Team Support - Based in Italy

Silvia Macolino is based in Bologna, Italy, where she graduated with a Master in Publishing at the prestigious Alma Mater University. After a few years working in the publishing industry, she followed her passion for Beauty and joined the Kirschner Group, Inc. in 2023. She provides the best support to the European team and TKG clientele with her tremendous communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
