Harlan Kirschner has been the owner and CEO of The Kirschner
Group, Inc. since 1983. His many professional affiliations include:
board member of the Professional Beauty Association (PBA),
Chairman of PBA’s Manufacturer Leadership Council, Treasurer of
the Western Beauty Rep Association’s Western Buying Conference,
Chairman of the City Of Hope Beauty Industry Campaign and a
member of the Northeast Beauty Rep Association’s Eastern Buying
Conference committee and he is proud to be a 2014 “Spirit of Life” award Honoree.
Harlan has worked with and fully understands the many
classes of trade and all facets of the professional beauty industry.
Paolo Rezzara started the international division of The
Kirschner Group, Inc. in 2005. Since then, TKG has been connecting
some of the best American beauty lines with the best distributors
all over the world, building many new successful business relationships.
To guarantee the best customer service and market penetration,
Paolo manages a team of highly skilled, global business experts;
the international division has a team of 22 sales reps and four office assistants strategically living in different parts of the world.
Scott Viola has over 25 years sales and executive management experience in retail. In 2014 he started the retail and Specialty Beauty Division of The Kirschner Group. Scott partners with professional beauty companies to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase brand growth in new marketplaces and business opportunities.
Sally Remigio has enjoyed working in the beauty industry for over a decade. She started with TKG being involved in customer service and accounting. Over time, she began planning Domestic and International trade shows while overseeing the Corporate office staff. She managed an internal customer support team for the Western Region that has now grown to support sales coverage that spans the globe - all 50 U.S. States, Canada, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Central and South America.
Sally has an ease in connecting people and building meaningful relationships that benefit the company. She gives her best in what she does, which reflects TKG’s exceptional customer service standards. Sally looks forward to the amazing growth to come with both manufacturer and distributor partners.
Jay Halaby has been in the Beauty Industry since 1992, working first for a manufacturer as a sales manager, then as a Manufacturer Representative. In 2001 he started his own sales organization which started with a small regional team, and within 8 years grew to become the second organization in history to have complete National coverage. The organization then expanded into Latin America, and included over 20 salespeople. In November 2018, the organization was acquired by TKG, where Jay now holds a management position. In addition, Jay is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Beauty Bus Foundation which is a Los Angeles based Charity which provides free Beauty Services to seriously ill patients and their care givers.
Charlie Richard rose through the ranks at Clairol, from hair
color technician to sales manager. He attended Bridgeport
University in the evenings and graduated cum laude with a degree
in Business and Marketing. Charlie managed manufacturers’
reps at Clairol, eventually joining The Wild Company to manage
European Secrets and later, become a manufacturers’ rep there.
He also earned his Certified Professional Manufacturers’ Representative
(CPMR) at Indiana University. Charlie co-managed The
Wild Company for 15 years before it merged with TKG in 2005.
Kevin Osterloh is proud to have been with Harlan Kirschner
since 1985, during the company’s formative years. Prior to joining
TKG, Kevin was a manufacturers’ rep in the beauty industry,
beginning in 1980. Kevin currently services key accounts in the
United States and, as the Western Regional Manager, leads seven
sales executives in the west. Kevin’s sales leadership has earned
him several awards: he was named Sales Representative of the
Year for The Kirschner Group, Inc. in 2009 and Sales Representative
of the Year in 2013 for Oster.
Karen Piolatto has 23 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining The Kirschner Group in 2001, she worked in other industries expanding her accounting skills. Karen handles all aspects of accounting for our company including; commissions for all sales staff domestic and internationally , bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivables, payroll for a staff of 60 + employee’s and maintaining all employment records.
Kathy Scarlett has a well rounded work experience. She brings to the Kirschner Group, Inc. over 15 years corporate experience in administrative and sales support roles in the beauty, retail and real estate industries. Kathy currently is the International Assistant for Canada and Latin America at The Kirschner Group, inc. where her bilingual skills really come in handy!
Bevan Marvy is the backbone of The Kirschner Group, Inc. He has been in the beauty industry since 1950! Former owner of Marvy Beauty Supply in St. Paul MN. He was the 1st President of the Young Executive Club of BBSI (now PBA). Bevan was a Manufacturers Sales Rep for The Perlman Group prior to The Kirschner Group, Inc acquiring them. Bevan has been awarded countless achievement awards during his career with both Perlman and Kirschner Group, Inc. Bevan currently is Customer Service and Sales Support in the Minnesota regional office.
Rachelle Enriquez enjoyed 10 years of a diverse background; gleaning insight and experience from positions ranging from Secretary of a Preschool to Director of Operations of a start-up Internet company. Rachelle held a key support role in our California office by assisting our West Coast reps and their customers for 3 years. She is now enjoying her role as Trade Show Coordinator for The Kirschner Group & has always appreciated the warm, friendly atmosphere of the people she works with. She aims to continue giving her best in the future growth of the company. She also looks forward to the beauty shows because when TKG gets together, it feels like a big fat family reunion.
Mitzy Torres joined the Kirschner Group in 2015 and works in the accounting department. Prior to working at the Kirschner Group Mitzy was a stay-at-home mom who also owned and operated her own Medical Transcription service for 20 years, managing 14 employees. Now as accounting assistant with The Kirschner Group, Mitzy organizes, tracks and processes monthly commissions for our sales staff. She is also in charge of coordinating all building and office services to keep everything running smoothly.
Isabelle Goessens during her 10 year employment at Hermès Paris, Isabelle has developed a solid experience in International Sales, Production and Project Management. This insight and her international background has allowed her to fulfill the requirements of TKG Customer Service and global distribution. She enjoys the diversity of her position and the support she can bring to the International team.
Alex Halaby has been active in the Beauty Field since 2001 where she worked as a part time sales rep for Jay Halaby and Associates while also working part time in banking. At the end of 2005 Alex left the banking world and dedicated herself full time to running the office for Jay Halaby. Her duties were customer service, data entry, reconciling commissions, and supporting the field reps. At the trade shows she also reviewed and talked to potential brand partners that would approach the organization with questions and interest. Alex loves the Beauty Industry and has made wonderful relationships that have turned into friendships.
